Returns & Refunds
Authenticity Commitment – Only the Real Deal
At AlbonCosmetics.com, we take pride in offering products that are 100% genuine and original. All items available on our platform are sourced directly from trusted manufacturers or their authorized partners. We follow strict quality protocols before dispatch, so every product you receive is thoroughly checked for authenticity and safety.

Return Guidelines – Full-Size Items
Shopping with us is risk-free! If a product isn’t quite right, we offer a 7-day return window from the date you receive your order. You can return any unused and unopened full-size item for a refund.
To start a return, simply email support@alboncosmetics.com, and our team will assist you through every step of the process.
Important Notes:
- Products must be untested, unused, and returned in their original condition.
- The outer packaging must be unopened and free from any damage or tampering.
How Returns Work – Reverse Pickup
- Once your return request is confirmed, we’ll arrange a reverse pickup within 24 to 48 hours.
- The courier will collect your product within 4 to 5 business days.
Refund Process
After we receive and inspect the returned product, we’ll process your refund within 15 business days.
- For prepaid orders, the refund will be issued to your original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking) within 3–5 working days.
- For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer or cheque in the name of the original billing customer. Our support team will reach out for your bank details if needed.
Note: Shipping fees and any Cash on Delivery charges are non-refundable.
Return Exceptions:
- Items sold in sets, combos, or kits are not eligible for individual return or exchange.
- Clearance sale items are final sale and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled if they haven't been processed yet. If your order is still marked as “Pending”, you may email us at support@alboncosmetics.com with your cancellation request and reason.
Once your request is received, we’ll process the cancellation within 1–2 business days, and you’ll receive confirmation by email.
Kindly note: Once an order enters the processing or shipping stage, cancellation will no longer be possible.
Shipping & Delivery Policy
At Albon Cosmetics, we aim to get your beauty essentials to you as quickly as possible. Once your order is confirmed, it will be dispatched within 24 to 48 business hours. Delivery typically takes between 2 to 5 working days, depending on your location, the availability of the product, and the logistics partner handling your shipment.
Please note that delivery timelines may vary based on:
- Your shipping address
- The destination city or region
- Product availability
- The courier company’s schedule and coverage
A flat shipping fee of ₹80 is applicable to all orders.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order includes any damaged or defective products, please raise a single complaint for all affected items. We will process the return or replacement in one go to streamline the resolution for you.
Important Notice
We kindly ask that you do not accept any parcels that appear tampered with or physically damaged. If you notice anything suspicious with the packaging, please refuse the delivery and notify us immediately at support@alboncosmetics.com
